Anna Di Gregorio is a psychologist, specialist in clinical psychology, and integrative psychotherapist with over 15 years of professional experience. She has worked in psychiatric institutions, mental health clinics, therapeutic settings, and academic environments, combining clinical practice with teaching roles. She specializes in psychological assessment and therapeutic work with adults, particularly those experiencing personality-related difficulties and complex emotional challenges. She is a member of both the Polish Psychiatric Association and the Polish Psychological Society. Her clinical expertise is continually developed through advanced training, postgraduate studies, and participation in professional workshops. Anna is currently pursuing additional studies in sexology at the Medical University of Warsaw, further enhancing her competence in comprehensive psychological care. Bartosz Janasek is a psychologist and psychodynamic psychotherapist. He provides psychological consultations as well as individual and group psychotherapy for adults. He also works with people struggling with addiction and their family members. He holds a degree in psychology (clinical and forensic specialization) from SWPS University in Poznan. He completed a four-year Psychotherapy Training Program and the Group Psychotherapy School at the Laboratorium Psychoedukacji in Warsaw. He gained clinical experience, among others, in a psychiatric ward and in addiction treatment clinics. He has also completed additional training in Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), the advanced Mentalization Academy training and certified training in Control-Mastery Theory. Julia Nowakowska – psychologist, psychotherapist, consultant, and trainer with extensive experience working with leaders, teams, and individual clients. She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from SWPS University and a degree in Biotechnology from the Warsaw University of Technology. She completed a four-year Psychotherapy Training Program as well as the Group Psychotherapy School at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw. She works within the psychodynamic approach, providing individual and group psychotherapy in both Polish and English. She gained her professional experience in a crisis intervention center, mental health clinics, hospitals, non-profit organizations, as well as through her work as a facilitator of support groups and personal development workshops. She is currently affiliated with the Psychological Counseling Center "Pracownia Dialogu" and the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw accredited by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Psychiatric Association. She completed Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) Training Levels I and II accredited by the Anna Freud Centre, as well as training in Control-Mastery Theory (Control-Mastery Theory Italian Group). She collaborates with companies and organizations as a trainer and consultant, specializing in leadership development, team professionalization, and organizational transformations-among others, within the Academy of Leadership Psychology, 4Results, and the Values Leadership Support Center. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I completed a four-year Postgraduate Program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw - a facility recommended by the Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychological Association and accredited by the Scientific Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I also completed basic and advanced training in Mentalization-Based Treatment (Mentalization-Based Treatment), accredited by the Anna Freud Center in London, as well as comprehensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) couples therapy, accredited by ICEEFT (Externship & Core Skills). I have also participated in numerous other training courses and workshops, including ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) and CMT (Control-Mastery Theory). Monika Dzianachowska, PhD, is a psychodynamic psychotherapist in training and a cultural anthropologist based in Warsaw, Poland. Areas of work: individual adult psychotherapy, relational difficulties, emotional regulation, migration and adaptation experiences, work with women in crisis, workshops, mentoring and coaching. Monika Dzianachowska is a psychodynamic psychotherapist in training at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji in Warsaw. She provides individual psychotherapy for adults within a clinical practice at the Q Zmianom Foundation and continues her clinical placements in psychiatric hospitals, gaining experience with individuals facing psychological and social crises. Her clinical work is informed by extensive experience in the field of migration and human rights, as well as anthropological research on identity and adaptation, contributing to a strong sensitivity to cultural, relational and developmental contexts. Alongside psychotherapy, she facilitates workshops and support programs for women, including women with migration backgrounds and women experiencing homelessness. She works under regular supervision.
