Monika Dzianachowska, PhD, is a psychodynamic psychotherapist in training and a cultural anthropologist based in Warsaw, Poland.
Areas of work: individual adult psychotherapy, relational difficulties, emotional regulation, migration and adaptation experiences, work with women in crisis, workshops, mentoring and coaching.
Monika Dzianachowska is a psychodynamic psychotherapist in training at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji in Warsaw. She provides individual psychotherapy for adults within a clinical practice at the Q Zmianom Foundation and continues her clinical placements in psychiatric hospitals, gaining experience with individuals facing psychological and social crises.
Her clinical work is informed by extensive experience in the field of migration and human rights, as well as anthropological research on identity and adaptation, contributing to a strong sensitivity to cultural, relational and developmental contexts. Alongside psychotherapy, she facilitates workshops and support programs for women, including women with migration backgrounds and women experiencing homelessness. She works under regular supervision.
