I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I completed a four-year Postgraduate Program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw - a facility recommended by the Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychological Association and accredited by the Scientific Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I also completed basic and advanced training in Mentalization-Based Treatment (Mentalization-Based Treatment), accredited by the Anna Freud Center in London, as well as comprehensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) couples therapy, accredited by ICEEFT (Externship & Core Skills). I have also participated in numerous other training courses and workshops, including ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) and CMT (Control-Mastery Theory). I work in the Psychiatry Clinic at the University Clinical Hospital in Bialystok and in a private psychotherapy practice in the same city.
